2011 ACPE Word of the Lord

Each year, the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) meets to seek the Lord for the prophetic word. This is a team of respected prophets who have the conviction that they are an Acts 13:1-3 model. This passage notes that it was the Holy Spirit giving the word as a consensus among the group and not just to one prophet. So, even though this is a compilation of the prophecies that we have each brought to the round table meeting, it was the general consensus of the ACPE members that the Holy Spirit was speaking the following prophetic words to us.
The ACPE has met now since 1999. This year, for the first time, we invited a group of emerging young leaders to join us. As a result, we probably had the most powerful time of seeking the Lord that we have ever known. At the end of the meeting, a time of impartation took place.
While we are calling this a prophecy for 2011, it is to be understood that the time frames for the fulfillment of prophecies cannot only be confined to a calendar year period, thus this constitutes more of a seasonal prophetic word.
It is also a given that, in some cases, the obedience of the people to respond can either delay, change, or alter what we have seen by the Spirit during this time.
The Year of Transitions
This will either be a year of open heavens or a year of the perfect storm.
The number 11 has the Biblical meaning of transitions. 2011 is the year where we are transitioning from one place to another. Where we will end up at the end of this time depends, in many regards, on how we respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
2011 will be a year of great pressure and stress, particularly, the first three months when it will seem as if we are in a toe-to-toe battle with the forces of evil.
This is a Tipping Point Year
If, in the middle of the pressure of the season, we faint and lose heart, the scale will tip away from us and there is a possibility of great loss and defeat.
The Year of the Straits
The number 11 can be likened to places in the earth such as the Straits of Gibraltar between Spain and Morocco. We will, at times, feel constricted, but the narrowing of the way will only cause us to go to the new place that God has for us in the season if we do not fail the test during the pressure.
The Birth Canal
Another analogy that the Lord gave us was the number 11 is like a birth canal. The baby being born is going from the comfort of the womb to the stress and discomfort of being born into a new, large life.
Dreaming Dreams
Joseph shared his dreams with his 11 brothers; represented by 11 stars in Genesis 37:9 and it caused great relational stress. God will pour out a season of dreams and visions this year even among the very young. Watch out for relational stress and keep your heart right in the middle of it.
The Year of Great Expectations
Expect the unexpected in this coming year.
Hebrews 11:11 is key: By faith, Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.
Expect a miracle! God wants to break the barrenness in your life of hope deferred. Many have given up on their dreams and downsized what they believe for because of the times. God’s Kingdom is an ever-increasing Kingdom and He is for advance and not retreat.
This is not a time to compromise what God has said to you, but rather to believe that all things are possible. God is not a man that He would lie. If He said he would do something, He has not changed His mind.
A Time of Preparation, Going Deeper into God and Intimacy
New assignments will be passed out in this year of transition for those who do not draw back in the season of testing and fire. Go deeper in God and draw refreshing from His presence and you will make it to your new place of advancement and anointing.
Proverbs 20:5: Knowing what is right is like deep water in the heart; a wise person draws from the well within.
Creative Miracles
The level of the miraculous will increase with the Creator loosing miracles of creation that will directly oppose the spirits of humanism and intellectualism.
The Restoration of the Tabernacle of David
Great emphasis will be upon worship again this year. Worship is the key! Many new 24-hour houses of worship will spring up across the world and result in an open heaven over nations and many souls saved. It is harvest time!
Acts 15:16-17: After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by My Name, says the Lord who does all things.
Great Harvest of those in the Arts/Entertainment Field
Extraordinary moves of God will occur in the entertainment and motion picture industry. Bold, new, unashamed voices will arise and many will listen to their testimonies.
Word for the United States
The nation hangs in the balance and this is not a time to grow weary of praying and acting on behalf of righteousness and justice. Don’t let the pressure of the season cause you to retreat into entertainment rather than standing on top of what is happening around you.
We must watch for terrorist attacks as many are having dreams and visions of coming attacks.
One of the illustrations given to us was the phrase, “Are you ready to rumble?” This is used among wrestling aficionados as the match begins. It does more than alert the contestants that the match will start; it also creates an excited expectation in the crowd. God is asking the Christians in America today, “Are you ready to rumble?” The game is at hand and there needs to be a climax of excitement as we anticipate God’s next move in the land.
2011 is one of the most critical years in the nation’s history and the foundations are burning and are in danger of being destroyed. We must fast and pray and take extraordinary measures to “rumble” both the heavens and the earth.
The Eleventh Hour 11-11-11
This date will have a special significance in this “eleventh hour” time frame.
John 11:11 says: Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I go that I may awaken him from slumber.
The Mayflower Compact was signed on 11-11, 1620 and God is looking for a new generation of reformers who will make a covenant with God and others to stand and fight to awaken this nation in this dire moment of history.
Proverbs 11:11: By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted, but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
World
There is a worldwide student-led volunteer movement being birthed across the face of the earth. Satan is going to try and start wars such as he did when the first student volunteer movement started around the turn of the 20th century. World War I effectually shut down the movement as students went to war at times against each other. We must pray against the starting of a third world war, as satan wants to escalate world events for His purposes.
Psalm 110:3: In the day of Your power your youth shall be volunteers.
Korea
Particular prayer needs to take place for Korea as one of the greatest missions movements is destined to come out of this nation that will go to the ends of the earth.
We also strongly felt that President Lee should stand firm against North Korea’s aggression.
Middle East
A more widespread persecution will arise against the Believers if we do not begin to intercede for the Middle East. However, there will be a move of God of the youth in nations such as Syria, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia who will not love their lives unto death.
Economy
We must intercede against hyperinflation that will strangle the ability of people of give to world missions.
Intellectual Properties
A great release of new wealth will come from ideas given from God in the form of intellectual properties. A new creative anointing of ideas for those who will use the wealth for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Children
We are on the verge of a great Children’s Awakening that will span the globe. Child evangelists will begin to preach in churches and large arenas and thousand will be saved and healed.

FAITH FOR THE CHANGING ROOM!

WHAT TIME IS IT?
Faith for the Changing Room
Background: I had been ministering in November 2010 in Melbourne, Australia at a wonderful church and conference. There was a lot of swirl in the Holy Spirit and a lot of movement concerning transition. The conference called Deeper was now over and I was to do a closing session with the host church on Sunday evening. I went to the hotel suite to lay down for a while that afternoon and was praying in the Spirit to charge my battery for the evening. I was pondering what the Lord had for these precious people down under for my closing session with them.
I actually did not even know I was asleep – let lone that I was dreaming. It was all so real to me…. So even in conveying this – it is hard to relate this as just a dream – it was more like an encounter.
In the dream the phone in the LIVING ROOM rang. I rose up out of the bedroom where I was lying down resting. I walked into the room and I picked up the phone. In a rather hoarse voice I said, “What time is it?” All of a sudden the plasma Television screen – which I had not turned on up to that point and time – pops on. It is vivid color and it was a SONY instrument.
I turned my head towards the television as bright color was emanating all around out of the screen into the room. It was more like a full 3D event in the room was now taking place – wild technology. I was now in the set itself as it was projected out into the room.
Again, I turn towards the phone – like in a matrix dream – I said, “What time is it?” A voice on the other end of the phone stated clearly and rather forcefully, “It is time for Jeremiah 33:3” (write out the scripture)
While I heard this voice on the other end of the phone, I realized the TV Show that I was now enveloped in was called “Extreme Make Over.”
I was caught in the visual images projecting out of the screen – I seemed to even be helping write the script…. In the Television show – we went into a “Room for Supernatural Change” to take place. It was a changing room. It was rather vulnerable in the changing room. People were disrobing in front of others and yet it was a requirement and all pure, clean and nothing sensual about it at all. Yet I was uncomfortable at first. Naked. Vulnerable. In the changing room with others!
Then I got use to the idea. I thought to myself, “Oh, this is what is required to go through change. You have to shed one garment in order to put on another one.” The atmosphere was permeated with a fresh culture – one of TRUST and RISK.
I realized it was another parable. The place of rest is the precondition that must be met to prepare you for the supernatural change. If you want to go into the changing room without fear – you must learn to rest. Then you can arise – hear a fresh call – enter into a renewed culture of TRUST and RISK and be have faith to be vulnerable.
You will have to take off the garment you presently know – (sorry, no layers are allowed!) and go into supernatural change. You have to answer the call. But yet there is a call within the call. The call says to “Call upon Him. He will then show you (television) great and mighty things that you have not previously known.
Then a doorbell rings. I wake up. I did not know I was asleep let lone that I was dreaming. I look at my watch to see “what time it is.” It is now 5:40 PM. Time to leave for the 6 PM meeting. I then hear a knock on my door – I say, “I will be right there.” I rush around to get ready in the natural – but inside I knew I was prepared as I fresh down load had just been given on “what time it is.”

Ministry and Function of Angels

Three times in my ministry life thus far, I have studied the ministry and function of angels. The first was in the 1980’s when I was a pastor in Warrensburg, Missouri at Harvest Fellowship. The second was in the 1990’s while I was on staff with Mike Bickle in Kansas City. The third time was this past year in 2006 in Franklin, TN when teaching one of my classes.
Not only has the Holy Spirit had me to study the scriptures, but once again, I dove into church history and gleaned many different perspectives. Then I combined these two scholarly approaches with the experiential – I did interviews with people who have had angelic visitations and added some of our own testimonies. Thus we have a three cord strand that cannot be quickly torn apart – scripture, church history and current day accounts. This is the framework I use in all of my writings whether for books, magazine articles or study guides.
The following material on the Ministry and Function of Angels is a part of our latest book called Angelic Encounters. Take and read – this is our life!
THREE SCRIPTURAL WARNINGS
Among the 300 scriptures on angels we find three main warnings concerning angelic beings. Let’s look at them:
1. Do Not Worship Angels
Colossians 2:18,19 – Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath no seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind.
2. Do Not Revile Angelic Hosts
A. Jude 8 – Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
B. II Pet. 2:10,11 – But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.”
3. Always Judge the Message
Galatians 1:8 – But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
THREE PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
1. The Angels Render Service to God
Psa. 148:2,5 – Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts… Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
2. The Angels Render Service to Christians
A. Heb. 1:7 – And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
B. Heb. 1:14 -Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
3. The Angels Perform God’s Word
The following describes three possible ways that angels are released into their service.
A. Psalms 103:20, 21 – Bless the Lord, you His angels, Mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will.
1. God’s direct command released to the angels giving them a “job to do”.
2. God’s command released through man:
a. Through intercession an invitation or request is heard and God responds to man’s cry.
b. Man hears God’s word in his or her heart and – thus speaks (a rhema word or gift of faith).
THE DIVERSE MINISTRY OF ANGELS
1. Minister the Presence of God
A. Isa. 63:9 – “And the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity (compassion) he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.”
B. Rev. 18:1 – Illuminated earth with His glory.
C. Angels are said to have camped around Charles Finney’s meetings.
2. Deliver God’s Word or Message
A. Mt.1:20 – Sent to Joseph.
B. Mt. 2:13,19 – Warnings to take Jesus to Egypt.
C. Lk 1:19,26 – To Zacharias and then to Mary.
D. Mt. 28:1-7 – Resurrection proclamation.
3. Release Dreams, Revelation and Understanding
A. Dan. 8:15-19 – Understanding of end times imparted.
B. Dan. 9:23 – To gain understanding of the visions granted.
C. Rev. 1:1 – Revelation of Jesus Christ communicated by His angel. This is how the book of Revelation was received by John, the apostle on the Isle of Patmos.
4. Guidance and Direction Given
A. Acts 8:26 – Philip and Ethiopian eunuch.
B. Gen. 24:7,40 – Bride for Isaac.
C. Acts 27:23, 24, 29 – Message to Paul on ship.
5. Deliverance Brought Forth
A. Isaiah 37:36 – “Then the angel of the Lord went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand.”
B. II Kings 19:35 -185,000 of the enemy were struck dead.
C. The British Air Chief Marshall believed that angels drove planes of dead Royal Air Force pilots during the Battle of Britain during World War II and thus helped protect Britain from Nazi invasion.
6. Protection Granted
A. Matt. 18:10 – Guardians over children.
B. Psa. 91:11,12 – In charge over believers, bearing us up from danger.
C. Psa. 34:7 – Encamps “round about” surrounding and delivering those who fear God.
D. Corrie Ten Boom’s tells of incidents of angelic help while in Nazi’s concentration camp.
7. Death of the Saints
A. Psa. 116:15 – “Precious is the death of His godly ones.”
B. Psa. 23:4 – In “the valley of the shadow of death,
Thou art with me.”
C. Lk.16:22 – Lazarus carried away by the angels.
D. Jude 9 – Dispute over Moses’ body was made between the God’s angels and the powers of darkness.
8. Impart Strength
A. Matt. 4:11 – After a 40 day fast, the angels imparted strength to Jesus.
B. Luke 22:43 – Jesus in Gethsemane was once again strengthened supernaturally.
C. Dan. 10:16 – 18 – During a time of distress angels were used to impart God’s strength.
9. Releasing Healing
A. John. 5:4 – At the pool of Bethesda, an angel would stir the waters and healing would occur.
B. William Branham’s testimony – May 7, 1946 An angel appeared to him imparting gifts of healing. and the gift of the word of knowledge.
10. Praise and Worship
A. Luke 2:14 – At Jesus birth, angels proclaimed praise to God.
B. Rev. 5:11,12 – Ten thousand times ten thousand angels declaring “Worthy is the Lamb to receive…”
C. Gen. 32:1,2 – This speaks of a special occasion where there was an encampment of God’s angels.
D. Events throughout church history have been recorded where angelic praise is heard by man. Thus it was reported years ago with Ern Baxter at a camp meeting in England.
E. Mike Bickle of IHOP KC told of a time he heard angelic music when attending an early morning prayer meeting.
11. Engaged in Spiritual Warfare
A. Rev. 12:7 – Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels in the original War in Heaven.
B. Dan. 10:13 – Michael fought and prevailed against the fallen angelic principality over Persia in response to Daniel’s intercession.
C. Psa. 149:5-8 – The high praises of God are supernatural weapons of spiritual warfare to bind “their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron.” Could these “kings” and “nobles” be fallen angelic rulers (Greek: archon) as well as lesser human rulers they manipulate?
D. Rev. 20:1-3 – An angel has a chain in this account. Who binds the forces of darkness? All three: God, man and the angels.
12. Divine Watchers
A. Dan. 4:13,17 – Looking into the historical affairs of man.
B. Acts 12:20-23 – Looking, listening and responding.
C. I Tim. 5:21 – Have no partiality because…
13. Release God’s Judgments
A. Gen. 19:11 – Blindness was released.
B. II Ki. 19:3-5 – Assyrians struck.
C. Ex. 12:18-30 – Destroyer was sent out.
D. Acts 12:20-23 – Angel struck Herod and he died.
E. Rev. 16:17 – Trumpets and bowls are poured out by the angels releasing God’s judgment in the earth.
14. Reapers and Gatherers
A. Rev. 14:6 – Gospel to preach.
B. Rev. 14:14-19 – Uses to reap the end time harvest.
C. Mt. 13:39-42 – To gather the lawless.
D. Mt. 24:31 – Gather the elect unto the Lord.
CLOSING PRAYER
“Lord, send forth angels in our behalf. Raise up a hedge of protection around each one who reads this Bible Study. Release the angels that are guardians over Israel in this hour. Send forth your winds and fires for Jesus Christ sake! Amen and Amen!”

There is a rhythm. It is the rhythm of My love. It is the rhythm of revival! You have felt it before and now I am inviting you to come closer, to be consumed by My rhythm, to join in the dance of the Spirit. It is here you will find hope, peace, rest, and fulfillment. It is here that you will experience My unfathomable love for you. As you abandon yourself to the beat of My rhythm an amazing transformation will begin. Your fragmented heart will be healed. Your soul will be refreshed. Your eyes will be bright, and your body will be quickened. Then, suddenly, others will be drawn to My rhythm flowing through you. They will find hope, peace, rest and fulfillment as they embrace Me. And so it begins. Revival!
B. Devotional Teaching
Two Distinct Sounds
There are two things I remember about a U2 concert my wife and I attended this year. We stood next to the stage on the floor of the stadium with our hands over our ears as over 70,000 people cheered. The noise was almost unbearable. Every frequency in the spectrum was filled. Bono had walked out onto the stage and the concert was about to begin. Noise. That was the first thing I remember. The second thing that I remember happened near the end of the concert. Bono was standing with hands raised, as were most of us. We were singing “Amazing Grace.” The noise was gone and it was replaced by a sound – a sound born in heaven.
Have you heard that sound?
You’re walking up the trail, amongst the trees that are losing their leaves in the crisp autumn air, and there it is. That sound. In that moment you are drawn into worship. Amazed and speechless, you breath in the life that you know is God. Isaiah must have known that sound when he talked about the mountains and hills bursting into song before you (see Isaiah 55:12).
You’re sitting in a worship service and, as the musicians flow with the Spirit, they strike a beat that moves you into a posture of receiving. The rest of the world is gone. Revelation flows. God’s love for you is tangible. John must have been in this kind of posture when he “heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: ‘To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!’ ” (Revelation 5:13)
Deeper than a Sound
But it isn’t just a sound. It’s deeper than a sound. A specific beat. A rhythm.
I can feel it when Holy Spirit prompts me to pick up the phone and encourage someone. I feel His oil on what is about to happen, and the tears flow even before I pick up the phone. It seems as though I am one with God’s heart for that person, and I can see a vision of them coming into wholeness. This must be what Paul meant when he said, “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25). Living and moving in the rhythm of the Spirit. Is it really possible?
Living in the Rhythm
To be honest, I often feel as though I am only a visitor to this realm of the Father’s rhythm. I want to live there but am continually drawn away, seduced by the noise around me. How can I live in His rhythm?
The key is invitation. As I write this, I have a picture of you going out to your mailbox every morning and finding this invitation:
You are invited!!!
Where: Into the rhythm of My grace
Time: Now
Bring: Only the gift of yourself.
Please Note: I don’t care if you’re cold-hearted, sinful, fragmented, dull. Just come as you are!
So, what are you to do? Respond! That’s it? Yes, just RSVP… every time the invitation is given. Make the choice to come near and join in the dance. At first His rhythm will be hard to feel as you learn to distinguish it from the noise around you. Then, as you get to know it, the volume will seem to increase. You’ll hear the unmistakable voice of your Father as He sings His love over you. You’ll feel the oil of the Spirit as He anoints your actions to bring healing and restoration. You’ll understand and proclaim the freedom that Jesus bought for you. It is all in the rhythm of the Godhead. The rhythm you were made for. The rhythm your neighbor is waiting to discover.

Yesterday at work I was talking to a co-worker who knows “The Way” but has not been l.iving it for years and years.
I told her of a service I attended the night before and how the Preacher was talking about our inheritance that we need to
claim. He was speaking of Spiritual Mantles that have dropped with previous generations but that we could pick them up. I could not think of anyone in my family….
She shared with me that her grandmother is a preacher, 71 years old and back in the day use to have revival meetings in Tents. How Amazing! I told her how I would love to meet her and hear the stories of how God would meet people in that generation and wondered if her grandmother had stacks and stack of messages and testimonies of that day and age.
I imagined hand written sermons…can you imagine that…she did not have all the sermons and tools and resources we have with the click of a mouse these days.
It must of stirred up something in my co-worker ..she was ready to be healed and only the Lord knew it at this point…
I explained to her the Amazing miracles God was doing in my life and the lives of others around me that are hungry..and I told her of 2 other co-workers that had asked for prayer and the healings that God Had done just last week,
I tried to demonstrate to her how the Lord had touched my dad a few weeks ago and when I demonstrated how my father’s Legs and ankle had straightened up…I FELT THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD and saw that her legs were uneven..immediatly the leg that was shorter grew out. and she became All Hot..sweating..and I asked her to do something she could not do before.
She started to bend over and touch her toes….She said..Hey…did you see me earlier tonight struggle just getting out of the chair? she said she is gonna go to the chiropractor and show him cause he knows about it. She did not hurt anymore..she had a smile on her face and she is gonna call her grandmother and Share the experience with her!!!!
PRAISE BE TO GOD….

Who Knows what the Lord has on His Agenda…Let’s go find out!

So I read Psalms 63 and is 61 this morning. These scriptures filled me with great joy and peace.

While Reading in 1 Chronicles 5 this morning reading through all the
“begats” I found a GEM in verse 20
“And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand, and all that were with them: for they cried to God in the battle, and he was intreated of them; because they put their trust in him.”
Love That! I will trust Him this day May 27, 2011 for myself and my friends and family that really going thru testing right now.
